These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and cv990 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the cv990 betting and gaming platform at cv990.app. Read every section before registering. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

cv990 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address or on-platform notification where practicable. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active cv990 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the account recovery function or contact support rather than opening a new account.

Notify cv990 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
• Account Updates: You must keep your registered details current at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or other registered information changes, update your account promptly via account settings or by contacting support. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.

All financial transactions on cv990 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The conditions below apply to every deposit and withdrawal processed on the platform.

• Accepted Methods: cv990 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. cv990 may add or remove payment methods at any time. Players should verify the current list of available methods in the Deposit section before initiating a transaction.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be credited and will be returned to the originating wallet. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by cv990, although individual mobile wallet providers may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account. cv990 aims to complete standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Accounts subject to pending KYC verification or security review may experience extended processing times. cv990 will not process withdrawals to any wallet or account not registered to the account holder.
• Transaction Records: All deposits and withdrawals are recorded in your account transaction history. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, contact cv990 support within 30 days of the transaction date. cv990 will review the records and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

cv990 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via our supported payment methods. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges; those third-party fees are your responsibility. All transactions are settled in BDT with no currency conversion fee applied by cv990.

cv990 may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are governed by specific promotion terms displayed at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all cv990 bonuses regardless of type.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms. Wagers placed on certain restricted game categories may not count toward satisfying the wagering requirement.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available once per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by using duplicate accounts will result in disqualification, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated funds. The following rules apply to all bets placed on cv990, including sports bets, live in-play markets, and casino game wagering.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed by the platform it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. This applies to all bet types. In the event of a system error causing a bet to be accepted at an incorrect price, cv990 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market result can be settled, all bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts, unless specific market terms state otherwise. For live in-play markets the rules applicable at the time of bet placement apply.
• Maximum Winnings: cv990 may impose maximum winnings limits on a per-bet, per-market, or per-day basis. Applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant betting interface where applicable. cv990 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of stated limits regardless of the bet stake placed.
• Disputed Outcomes: If you wish to dispute the outcome of a bet or game, contact cv990 support within 7 days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. cv990 will review disputed outcomes against official event records and third-party data providers. The decision of cv990 following such a review is final.

cv990 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their activity. This platform is for adults aged 21 and above only. Gambling carries financial risk and must never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Responsible gaming tools available on cv990 include deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, loss limits, self-exclusion for defined periods, and permanent account closure on request. cv990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; false registration information was provided; evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or promotion abuse is identified; any provision of these Terms has been breached; or a regulatory or legal requirement compels such action. Where an account is suspended or terminated, cv990 will communicate the reason to the registered email address where permitted by law and operational security constraints.

If your account is closed and a positive BDT balance remains, cv990 will process a withdrawal of the verified balance to your registered mobile wallet following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that the balance was not derived from bonus abuse or prohibited activity. Balances arising from fraudulent or prohibited activity will not be returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv990 and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; service interruptions; errors in odds or game outcomes resulting from technical fault; or any loss not directly caused by proven gross negligence on the part of cv990.

cv990 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. cv990 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime where reasonably possible but accepts no liability for losses incurred during unavoidable service interruptions.

All content on the cv990 platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and game content provided directly by cv990 (distinct from third-party game providers) — is the intellectual property of cv990 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cv990 platform content without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

cv990 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cv990 may amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at cv990.app/terms-conditions with the date of last update shown at the top of the document. Where amendments are material, cv990 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or via on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting cv990 support.
